Job summary

Avari Management is seeking a Field Operations Support Specialist in Salt Lake City to provide hands-on service across maintenance, housekeeping, supplies, and property readiness. You will own service tickets from start to finish, document thoroughly, and collaborate with Property Managers and third-party vendors to keep homes guest-ready and operational.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in field operations, maintenance, housekeeping, logistics, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities.
• Comfortable with mobile apps, ticketing systems, and property management software.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-through.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform field tasks.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Professional, service-oriented, able to work independently while collaborating.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned service tickets from dispatch through completion with timely resolution and detailed notes.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting, inspections, and follow-up to verify quality.
• Escalate issues and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Conduct pre-arrival and routine property inspections for readiness.
• Support maintenance and housekeeping with light tasks and QA checks.
• Track and manage field inventory and coordinate restocking and logistics.
• Coordinate deliveries and returns with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain records in field ops software with photos and results.
• Provide cross-coverage during seasonal surges and emergencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
