Job summary

The Ranch at Dove Tree is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Lubbock, Texas facility. The role involves performing routine and corrective maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, grounds, and safety systems to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment.

You will follow preventive maintenance schedules, document work orders, coordinate with external contractors, and assist with on-call duties and weekend coverage as needed; a valid driver’s license and trade

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in maintenance or facility operations.
• Knowledge of standard and safe maintenance practices and tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting, etc.).
• Maintains general plant in good repair and safe environment.
• Completes work orders, reports malfunctions, and coordinates with director; follows preventive maintenance schedules.
