Job summary

The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans in Brookfield, WI is seeking a part-time Office Services and Facilities/Maintenance Technician for the 2026-2027 season. This role is 15-20 hours per week with first-shift hours, Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends.

You will support the OSFM team with moves, room setups, maintenance, and grounds care. The position is onsite at our Brookfield headquarters, with potential for additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years old minimum.
• At least 6 months' work experience in maintenance, facilities or grounds.
• Willing to train hardworking individuals with physical labor and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist OSFM team with office moves, setup of rooms and spaces, and inventory replenishment.
• Perform routine PM tasks on building systems and basic repairs (bulbs, door handles, plumbing).
• Maintain building exteriors and coordinate simple contractor repairs when needed.
• Support grounds maintenance including landscaping, leaf removal, and snow/ice control.
