Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a part-time Facilities Maintenance Associate in Wausau, WI. You will work as part of a team handling day-to-day facilities activities, perform routine maintenance across locations, and follow a set schedule from managers.

The role requires 2+ years in building maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to travel if needed. OSHA certs are a plus, and forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years demonstrated successful experience in building maintenance.
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to travel as needed to complete various facility projects.
• OSHA Certifications a plus.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ongoing construction of new locations and ensure ADA compliance.
• Be available to the FTS Manager or Management team upon request.
• Keep detailed logs of procedures used to fix problems and update internal help desk tickets.
• Respond to service requests regarding HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water heaters, carpentry, painting, IT, security systems, and other maintenance items.
• Understand proper use of equipment, chemicals, and PPE and correct unsafe conditions in a timely manner.
• Maintain and manage all equipment in store and warehouse; forklift certified.
• Be available on call to respond to emergencies.
