Job summary

The Little Nell Aspen is seeking a Food & Beverage Office Administrative Assistant for the Winter season. This role supports daily office operations and training of reservationists, ensuring clear communication across restaurant management and hotel F&B outlets. Reports to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.

Seasonal full-time position with benefits and opportunities to contribute to a world-class luxury property renowned for Five-Star service and ski-in/ski-out experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year of Food and Beverage operational experience preferred
• Notary Preferred

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with the Assistant Director of F&B about urgent requests and operational needs.
• Maintains a rolling 90-day calendar of important dates, closures and hours.
• Assists in maintaining financials via the Check Book.
• Answers phones and handles guest or vendor requests as appropriate.
• Types correspondence for the department including daily reader board, menus, letters and memos.
• Orders office supplies based on par levels and needs.
• Manages mail for the Assistant Director of F&B and sorts daily mail.
• Reviews invoices for approval.
• Takes and distributes weekly divisional meeting minutes.
• Maintains office equipment and arranges maintenance as needed.
• Maintains files for division managers and prepares PAFs for approval.
• Assists in sourcing products for the department.
• Runs errands on/off property as requested.
• Other duties as assigned
