Six Flags White Water is seeking a seasonal Food & Beverage leader to oversee day-to-day operations of one or more park food locations. You will supervise team members and leads, ensuring fast, friendly, and safe service throughout the shift.

This role emphasizes guest engagement, adherence to food safety and cash handling policies, and collaboration with management to maintain high service standards in a busy entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have Food & Beverage experience.
• Culinary & Hospitality preferred but not required.
• Be willing to actively engage guests.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• Be available to work flexible hours, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve food with a smile.
• Use register for sale of products.
• Monitor food temperatures during holding and serving.
• Adhere to all company policies, including cash handling.
• Observe proper sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Perform clean-up duties before, during, and after a shift.
• Exhibit proper Guest Service Skills at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with guest concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
