Six Flags Great America & Hurricane Harbor is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations within the park, ensuring financial targets, inventory control, and labor management while complying with safety and health policies.

You will lead a team, hire and train staff, monitor costs, and drive guest service excellence to meet business needs. The role requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily operation of locations to maintain compliance with all Six Flags, Food & Beverage Operations, local County Health Department and FDA policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance of all Federal, State, and Local liquor laws.
• Works toward reaching profit goals in assigned area by closely monitoring sales, cost of goods, and inventory.
• Assists with hiring, training, developing, and scheduling department staff.
• Monitors labor expenses in assigned area and department as necessary.
