Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Seasonal Events Associate for the Short Pump, VA location. You will help execute store events, assist customers with purchases, and support in-house outdoor skills workshops, ensuring a positive shopping experience all year round.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, teamwork with management and peers, and active participation in store events and promotions to drive customer engagement.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other Associates.

Responsibilities

• Support a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Provide a legendary experience for every customer by assisting in buying decisions and promoting programs including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers, children and customers.
• Assist with the execution of seasonal events.
• Facilitate in-house outdoor skills workshops and participate in store events as scheduled.
