Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Seasonal Events Associate to support store events and short-term assignments throughout the year. You will help customers, promote CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up, and assist with event execution.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and strong customer service, cash handling, and data-entry abilities. You will work in a busy, family-friendly environment, coordinating with management and teammates to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to perform data entry, analyze reports and ledgers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other Associates.
• Good Customer Service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support store events and seasonal activities as needed.
• Assist customers during events and provide product recommendations.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and assist management and coworkers.
• Participate in in-house outdoor skills workshops and store events.
