Bass Pro Shops in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Seasonal Events Associate to support store events and short-term assignments. You will help ensure a welcoming shopping experience and assist customers with product decisions.

The role emphasizes delivering world-class service, promoting CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up, and contributing to seasonal event execution. This is a part-time seasonal position.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to perform data entry, analyze reports and ledgers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other Associates.
• Good Customer Service skills.
• Ability to function in a noisy and hectic environment, with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in making buying decisions by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, children and customers.
• Assist with the execution of seasonal events and store events as scheduled.
• Keep work area clean, neat and safe at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
