Job summary

Bass Pro Shops Palm Bay is seeking a Seasonal Events Associate to assist with store events and short-term assignments throughout the year. You will help deliver a legendary customer experience by identifying needs and recommending products, and support programs like CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.

You will work with management and coworkers, help run in-house outdoor skills workshops and seasonal events, keep the area clean, and perform other duties as assigned in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly and handle transactions and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products, promoting CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• Assist with execution of seasonal events and store activities.
