Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Seasonal Events Associate for our Lexington, KY location. This part-time role supports store events, assists customers, and participates in short-term assignments and seasonal tasks throughout the year.

Responsibilities include delivering world-class service, guiding purchases, promoting CLUB Membership, and helping with in-store events and workshops in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to assist customers and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Assist customers in making buying decisions and promote programs like CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with management, coworkers, children and customers.
• Assist with execution of seasonal events and host in-house outdoor skills workshops.
