Bass Pro Shops in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Seasonal Events Associate to support store events and short-term assignments throughout the year. This role offers the chance to earn extra money during the holidays and enjoy our Outfitter Discount.

You will deliver world-class customer service, help customers identify needs, suggest products and promotions, assist with in-house outdoor skills workshops, and participate in events as scheduled.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous retail or event experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Provide a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by: identifying and evaluating customers' needs, making product recommendations based off of this analysis and promoting programs including, but not limited to CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers, children and customers.
• Assist with the execution of seasonal events.
• Facilitate "in-house" outdoor skills workshops.
• Participate in Store “events” as scheduled.
• Keep work area clean, neat and safe at all times.
• All other duties as assigned
