Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Seasonal Events Associate to help manage store events and participate in short-term assignments throughout the year. You will support a world-class customer experience and assist with seasonal activities.

Role involves facilitating outdoor workshops, coordinating events, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while providing friendly, professional service to customers and families.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use data entry and POS systems to process transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Assist with the execution of seasonal events.
• Facilitate in-house outdoor skills workshops.
• Participate in store events as scheduled.
• Keep work area clean, neat and safe at all times.
