Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Seasonal Events Associate to support store events and seasonal programs. The role includes assisting customers, promoting CLUB Membership, VOC, and in-store pickup, and ensuring a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

This part-time position involves participating in scheduled events, hosting in-house outdoor skills workshops, and maintaining an orderly work area while delivering world-class service to guests year-round.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Provide a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by: identifying and evaluating customers’ needs, making product recommendations based off of this analysis and promoting programs including, but not limited to CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers, children and customers.
• Assist with the execution of seasonal events.
• Facilitate “in-house” outdoor skills workshops.
• Participate in Store “events” as scheduled.
• Keep work area clean, neat and safe at all times.
• All other duties as assigned
