Bass Pro Shops in Nashville is seeking a Seasonal Events Associate to support store events and short term assignments during the holiday season. You will assist customers, promote programs, and help run in-house outdoor skills workshops.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, ability to work in a lively environment, and collaboration with management and other associates. This is a part-time, on-site position with potential for continued seasonal opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and Associates.

Responsabilités

• Support world class customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and explain programs (CLUB Membership, VOC, In-Store Pick-up).
• Establish and maintain relationships with management, coworkers, children and customers.
• Assist with seasonal event execution and in-house outdoor skills workshops.
• Participate in store events and keep the work area clean and safe.
