Job summary

Bright Event Rentals is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, preparing rental equipment and returning items to proper storage after use. You will help ensure inventory is clean, counted, and ready for delivery, collaborating with Warehouse, Operations, and other departments to maintain a safe and efficient work environment during the busy event season.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail when counting and organizing inventory.
• Clear understanding of safety procedures and processes.
• Ability to work independently within a team.
• Capacity to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours.
• Willingness to use carts, pallet jacks, and similar equipment.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles and follow Bright policies.
• Complete delivery, pickup, and transfer routes on time.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Load and unload rental equipment and protect products from damage.
• Install and dismantle event equipment as needed.
• Confirm quantities and event details before leaving.
• Communicate with Dispatch about route progress and changes.
• Provide professional service at client locations.
• Follow setup instructions and safety procedures.
• Keep vehicles and paperwork organized and stocked.
• Support other deliveries and warehouse needs according to the schedule.
