Job summary

Bright Event Rentals LLC seeks a Seasonal Full Time Installer to load, unload, install, and dismantle rental equipment at client locations. Your shifts start at the Bright warehouse with travel to events; driving is not required. Schedules vary with events, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will work closely with the crew, follow plans, ensure safety, and support warehouse and installation needs as required.

Qualifications

• Able to perform hands-on work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Willingness to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload rental equipment safely.
• Install and dismantle event products (tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, tents).
• Follow event plans and crew directions.
• Ensure equipment is placed correctly and handled safely at client sites.
• Assist with equipment pickups and returns after events.
