Job summary

Bright in Phoenix is seeking a seasonal full-time installer to load, install, and dismantle rental equipment at client sites. The role starts at the Bright warehouse with team coordination; transportation between locations is provided and driving is not required.

You will follow event plans, maintain safety, and ensure equipment is placed correctly. The position requires physical stamina, flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Available for early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Attend required training and follow safety procedures.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel with the installation crew as needed.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload rental equipment safely from company vehicles.
• Install and dismantle event products at client sites.
• Follow event plans and crew directions.
• Ensure equipment is placed correctly and handled carefully.
• Assist with equipment pickups and returns after events.
• Guide drivers during vehicle movement when assigned.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and sites.
• Adhere to safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Support warehouse and installation tasks based on schedule.
