Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Incident Reporter for Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA, for seasonal 2025. The role requires monitoring radio calls, documenting incidents, coordinating with security and medical teams, and assisting guests to ensure safe events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to document details in a professional and factual manner.
• Must maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor radio calls for security and medical support and report to location of incidents.
• Document incidents using the appropriate company forms (Incident Reports).
• Collect and record incident details: involved parties, date, time, location, description, injuries or damage, witness statements, actions taken.
• Capture photographs of injuries and property damage with injured’s permission.
• Coordinate with dispatch, venue security, medical team, police and other first responders.
• Log details for individuals ejected from the premises: identification, description, reason, exit location.
• Report repairs to maintenance and alert venue management to immediate concerns.
• Provide incident reports and event summaries to venue management in digital and hard copy.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving guest complaints and assisting guests as needed.
