Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Security Officer at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA. Guard duties include patrolling, monitoring, and responding to security calls to ensure patron, employee, and asset safety.

The role requires a CA guard card or security license, high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to communicate in English. You will represent the Security Department with professionalism and work under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CA Guard card or security license and proof of training completion.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Understanding of the rule of law and relevant penal codes.
• Ability to represent the Security Department professionally.
• Ability to handle crises and work under pressure without losing composure.
• Ability to memorize and retrieve information quickly.
• Ability to interact calmly with angry or emotional individuals.

Responsibilities

• Guard, patrol, and monitor venue to prevent theft, violence, or rule infractions.
• May operate metal detector equipment as needed.
• Respond promptly to security and safety related calls.
• Exhibit exemplary conduct and appearance on duty.
• Comply with department standards and directives from Supervisors.
• Complete tasks within deadlines set by Supervisors/Manager of Security.
• Interact courteously with patrons, vendors, and employees.
• Investigate and compile accurate incident reports.
