Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is the world leader in live entertainment, operating global venues and events. This role focuses on monitoring radio calls for security and medical support, documenting incidents, and coordinating with dispatch, venue security, medical teams and first responders to ensure rapid response during events.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to maintain guest safety and a positive event

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to document details in a professional and factual manner.
Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

Monitor radio calls for security and medical support and report to location of incidents.
Document incidents using the appropriate forms and collect incident details.
Coordinate with dispatch, venue security, medical team and first responders.
Log details for ejected individuals including identification and exit location.
Provide incident reports and general event summaries to venue management.
