Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Mountain View is seeking a CCTV Operator for Shoreline Amphitheatre. You will serve as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls during concerts, maintain calm under pressure, and ensure timely transmission of information.

This part-time, seasonal role requires evening and weekend availability. You will work with venue management to coordinate security, medical, and police responses, log incidents, and monitor CCTV to help keep attendees safe.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Experience with CCTV software is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with General Manager and Ops Manager to ensure policy compliance.
• Log all incident reports with detailed information.
• Monitor venue CCTV during events to ensure safety.
• Prioritize and relay radio communications to crews as needed.
• Maintain incident and radio call logs for review.
