Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Must meet/training certifications within 60 days of start date for external applicants.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Exceed customer expectations and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues promptly and professionally.
• Complete system entries and paperwork accurately; coordinate with staff and vendors.
