Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Must complete training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required; DOT requirements may apply.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment for events.
• Deliver superior customer service and maintain client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues with a proactive approach.
• Complete accurate system entry, paperwork, and invoicing with clients.
