Job summary

Encore is seeking a seasonal Audio-Visual Technician to set up and operate basic small-scale systems in a hospitality setting, with on-site responsibilities at Delray Beach, FL. You will receive hands-on training and be part of a team reporting to the Operations leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment on events.
• Exceed client expectations and maintain positive relationships with guests.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete systems entry, paperwork, and invoicing as needed.
