Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 60 days to validate training and certifications.
• Internal applicants must meet training requirements per Encore program.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required for vehicle operation.
• DOT requirements may apply where applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment.
• Exceed client expectations and maintain strong guest relations.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues in a timely manner.
• Complete system entries and paperwork accurately.
• Collaborate with staff and outside vendors for equipment.
