Job summary

Applitrack is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide behavioral consultation and coaching for ESY programs. The BCBA will support teams in meeting students' individual needs and advancing both academic and social outcomes using evidence-based ABA practices.

Responsibilities include leading FBA/BIP work, data-driven progress monitoring, and collaboration with special and general education staff.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA Certification required.
• Successful completion of fingerprint-based criminal background check (IL State Police and FBI).
• Screening for sex offender and violent youth offenders, and required employment physical.

Responsibilities

• Collects, graphs and analyzes student data from FBA and writes results reports.
• Leads consulting and supports school teams in FSAs and BIPs with fidelity.
• Attends IEP meetings to provide feedback related to assessment results and goal progress.
• Facilitates trainings with program teams and provides modeling and coaching to staff.
• Collaborates with administrators and multidisciplinary teams to analyze district data trends.
