Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide in-person services to private school students in grades K–12 with autism and emotional/behavioral support needs during the current school year.

Full-time and part-time openings are available through the end of the 2026–2027 school year, with typical hours 8:00 AM–3:30 PM, five days a week. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs and PBSPs, supporting IEP development, maintaining accurate documentation, and

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience including FBAs and PBSPs.
• At least 2 years working with students with ASD or EBD.
• In-person service delivery required; current clearances or willingness to obtain them.
• Professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop PBSPs.
• Provide behavior analytic services to support students' behavioral, social, and academic goals.
• Contribute to development and implementation of IEPs.
• Maintain accurate documentation, data, and records.
• Collaborate with school staff and educational team.

Therapy Source is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide in-person behavior analytic services to private school students in grades K–12 with autism and emotional/behavioral support needs during the current school year.Full-time and part-time openings are available through the end of the 2026–2027 school year. Full-time positions are 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
