Job summary

Irving Oil Ltd. is seeking a Seasonal Call Center Representative to address heating oil, propane and diesel service inquiries, process orders, and ensure smooth delivery interactions with customers on site. You will provide clear information and friendly service to support our operations.

You will verify and update customer accounts, troubleshoot concerns, and educate customers about products. Strong teamwork and weekend availability are expected in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ADDS software experience is an asset.
• 2+ years of experience working in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to our customers by taking ownership of all customer inquiries on heating oil, propane, and diesel service and delivery.
• Provide point of contact for our customers and excellence through verifying and updating customer account information, troubleshooting and/or solving customer concerns.
• Providing accurate information on products and services as well as educating customers on our products and services.
• Perform account maintenance by ensuring customer records are up to date and accurate information is recorded.
• Partner with other departments to follow-up with all customer inquiries.
• Contribute to a team environment by performing other duties as required.

Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, handling incoming calls, and ensuring efficient product delivery interactions.
