Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital is hiring experienced, seasonal Registered Nurses for our Emergency Department for October 2026 through March 2027. These temporary assignments include a bonus for successful completion of the assignment.

Staff RNs provide comprehensive patient care, assessments and treatments across the continuum, including pain management and invasive lines, while upholding hospital policies and core values of Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley

Qualifications

• One year of experience in an acute care emergency department.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• California RN license is required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; NIH Stroke Certification preferred; CEN encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care in the ED and collaborate with the care team.
• Assess, treat, and care for patients across the continuum, including pain management and invasive lines.
• Follow hospital policies and demonstrate core values of Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals.
