Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department on a seasonal, temporary basis from October 2026 through March 2027. The role offers exceptional pay and a completion bonus.

You will deliver patient-centered care across the ED, performing assessments, managing pain, and handling invasive lines and drains while following hospital policies and core values. Eligibility includes 1 year ED experience and California RN licensure.

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience in an acute care emergency department.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• BSN Preferred.
• Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
• BLS (AHA) certification, ACLS (AHA) certification, PALS (AHA) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care and collaborate with the care team.
• Perform assessments, treatment and care on assigned ED units.
• Manage pain, invasive lines and surgical drains as required.
• Adhere to all regulatory and hospital policies and core values.
