Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital is seeking experienced Seasonal Registered Nurses for our Emergency Department. These temporary assignments run October 2026 through March 2027, with a bonus for successful completion of the assignment and competitive pay.

Staff RNs provide direct patient care, perform comprehensive assessments, and manage pain, lines, and drains. You will follow core values and hospital policies while supporting a large network of care across UHS facilities.

Qualifications

• One year of acute care ED experience.
• Completion of an accredited RN program.
• California RN license required.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• ACLS (AHA) certification required.
• PALS (AHA) certification required.
• NIH Stroke Certification.
• CEN encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and assessments in the ED.
• Manage pain, invasive lines and surgical drains.
• Adhere to hospital policies and core values.
• May float to other Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital facilities as needed.
