Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital is hiring experienced, Seasonal Registered Nurses for our ED. These temporary assignments run October 2026 through March 2027 with exceptional pay and a completion bonus.

Staff RNs provide comprehensive care, perform assessments, manage pain and invasive lines, and work within regulatory and hospital policies while upholding core values across UHS facilities.

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience in an acute care emergency department.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• California RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care on assigned units.
• Conduct assessments, and deliver treatment and care.
• Manage pain, invasive lines and surgical drains.
• Practice in line with hospital policies and core values.
