Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital is seeking an experienced Seasonal Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department. This temporary assignment runs October 2026 through March 2027, with competitive pay and a completion bonus.

You'll provide high-quality patient care on the ED with a focus on assessment, treatment, and collaboration with the care team. California RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and ED experience are required; CEN encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must have California RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required
• 1 year experience in an acute care emergency department
• Seasonal assignment Oct 2026–Mar 2027
• Holiday and weekend coverage may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the ED and collaborate with the care team
• Assess, treat, and manage pain, invasive lines and drains
• Uphold regulatory and hospital policies while delivering compassionate care
