Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital seeks experienced Seasonal Registered Nurses for our Emergency Department. These temporary assignments run from October 2026 through March 2027, with exceptional pay and a completion bonus.

Nurses will provide assessment-based, collaborative care across the ED, handling pain management and invasive lines, in line with hospital policies and core values. Qualified candidates hold a California RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of acute care ED experience.
• Current California RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments and comprehensive care in the ED.
• Manage pain and invasive lines and surgical drains.
• Float to other facility as needed with orientation and competency validation.
