Qualifications

• 2 years of management or supervisory experience required.

• Reliable transportation, insurance, and a driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-unit retail locations in the district and collaborate with the District Manager to optimize operations, revenue and profitability.
• Lead recruiting, interview seasonal staff, and facilitate tax education and onboarding.
• Monitor performance, address issues with HR on training, development and employee relations.
• Ensure locations meet standards for setup, technology, supplies and facilities, and coordinate with property managers.
• Drive client acquisition and brand awareness while retaining existing clients.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues; guide employees in problem solving.
• Track P&L, discount and productivity reports, and help meet district goals.
