Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple holiday-themed locations within a defined geographic area. You will supervise Local Managers, manage staffing, training, and employee relations while driving guest satisfaction and sales performance.

You will partner with mall managers and Regional Manager to align opening dates, hours, events, and operations. Travel and overnights may be required, and a strong leadership presence is essential for seasonal success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 4 years equivalent work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven experience managing multiple locations in retail/service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple locations within a designated geographic area.
• Manage vendor and employee relations, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Lead local Managers, drive sales goals, monitor inventories and budgets.
