Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs seeks a District Manager (DM) to oversee multiple locations within a geographic area and lead a seasonal team. The role includes vendor and employee relations, staffing, scheduling, and development.

You will recruit Local Managers, supervise staff, and ensure openings, inventories, and events are executed on time. Travel may be required, with a focus on guest service and profitability.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma plus 4 years equivalent work experience.
• Prior proven success managing multiple locations in the retail/service industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint with daily internet access.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple locations within a designated geographic area.
• Recruit and train Local Managers; assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff relations.
• Manage scheduling, timecards, and bank deposits with Local Managers.
• Develop district strategies and implement plans to drive business results.
• Establish and maintain vendor relations and partner with mall managers to ensure smooth operations.
