Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple locations within a designated geographic area as a seasonal team leader. You will manage vendor and employee relations, staffing, scheduling and development, while driving sales and guest service excellence.

Ideal candidates bring experience managing several locations in retail/service, strong leadership, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma plus 4 years equivalent work experience.
• Prior proven success managing multiple locations in retail/service industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint with daily internet access.
• Willingness to travel including overnights if required.
• Available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple locations within a designated geographic area.
• Recruit and train Local Managers, onboarding and development.
• Manage vendor relations and employee relations across locations.
• Drive sales and profitability through upselling and strong guest service.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and operational readiness for openings.
• Monitor operations, conduct site visits and report findings to Regional Manager.
• Lead a positive, results-driven team and uphold company values.
