Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple location operations within a designated geographic area. You will lead a seasonal team, manage staffing, training, and vendor relations, and ensure profitability and guest satisfaction across locations.

Expect to coordinate with Regional Managers on strategic initiatives, travel as required, and uphold core values while driving performance and excellence in service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma plus 4 years of equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations in retail/service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and internet access.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10–25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple locations within a geographic area as a seasonal team leader.
• Recruit and train Local Managers, assist with hiring and onboarding.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and employee relations across districts.
• Drive sales goals through upselling and effective staff supervision.
• Coordinate with mall managers to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct site visits, review sales reports, and implement improvement plans.
