Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs seeks a District Manager (DM) to oversee multiple mall locations in a designated geographic area as a seasonal team leader. You will handle vendor relations, employee relations, staffing, scheduling and development across sites.

The role requires proven experience managing several locations and leading teams, with strong emphasis on upselling, inventory oversight, and achieving sales goals. Travel and weekend hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma plus 4 years of equivalent work experience.
• Proven success managing multiple locations in retail/service.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint with internet access.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple locations within a designated geographic area as a seasonal team leader.
• Manage vendor relations, employee relations, staffing, scheduling, and learning and development.
• Recruit and train Local Managers for each location; assist with onboarding and training.
