Hours of Operation

Peak Season:

  • Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm (May-October)
  • Friday-Sunday 9am-9pm (May-October)

Base Season:

  • Monday-Sunday 9am-5pm (November-April)

Please note that employees will be scheduled prior to and after opening/closing hours.

Position Qualification Requirements:

License: Riverside County Food Handlers Card

Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 1 year quality/high volume kitchen experience preferred.

Position Summary: Provide guests and employees with clean and sanitized utensils, pans, and equipment. Assist with prep work as needed.

Job-Related Skills:

  • Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to stand for long hours and work under pressure.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure utensils, plate ware, glassware, and equipment are clean and sanitized.
  • Set up and close down the dish machine according to standards.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on the dish machine.
  • Store pots, pans, and equipment properly following sanitation standards.
  • Clean walls, floors, and work areas in the dish and kitchen areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables and chairs in the employee café area.
  • Perform shift change, opening, and closing duties.
  • Arrive on time and attend daily and monthly shift meetings.
  • Follow all kitchen SOPs and maintain safety, health, and sanitation standards per OSHA and health department regulations.
  • Maintain proper storage of chemicals and supplies for the dish machine.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Follow the kitchen schedule and work as part of the team.
  • Maintain a clean as you go policy and keep work areas tidy.
  • Suggest improvements to the Lead Line Cook, Sous Chef, and F&B Manager.
  • Follow uniform procedures and ensure efficient production flow.
  • Rotate items and follow FIFO procedures.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties and receive deliveries as needed.
