Description

The Heirloom Restaurant, located in the historic Athenaeum Hotel, offers formal lakeside dining managed by Executive Chef Carrie Gifford. It operates during the nine-week summer season and has pre- and post-season hours in May and September.

Compensation

Starting at $15.50/hour, with potential to earn up to $17.00/hour based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload the dishwashing machine correctly, including setting temperature and using appropriate detergents.
  • Report machine breakdowns or issues to supervisors.
  • Store and organize cleaned utensils for kitchen staff.
  • Work professionally in a team, handling multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Manage trash disposal and maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area.
  • Follow food safety standards and assist with food prep and storage when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Referral Program

Eligible employees can earn a $500 referral bonus for referring new hires who stay at least 90 days.

Work Schedule

Flexible seasonal hours, typically 8-hour shifts starting between 5:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Housing
