Qualifications

• Minimum of one year’s experience with data entry.
• Experience working in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience with Raiser’s Edge/RENXT preferred.
• Demonstrates superior attention to detail.
• Operates effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Demonstrates superior time management skills with the ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and sort incoming mail.
• Sort gifts and create gift batches for data entry.
• Scan gift information to electronic files for gift processing.
• Download distribution reports from third party platforms.
• Process credit card transactions.
• Reconcile gift batches to source documents.
• Maintain paper and electronic donation files.
