Job summary

God’s Love We Deliver is seeking a friendly Seasonal Philanthropy Associate to support donors and customers during holiday campaigns in the New York metropolitan area. You will handle questions, assist with order placement, and ensure accurate order records and timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

Experience helping customers, donors, or community members in a service-oriented setting.
Clear, friendly written and verbal communication.
Strong attention to detail, especially with names, addresses, and messages.
Basic comfort with email, spreadsheets, and online systems, plus willingness to learn new tools.
Ability to follow procedures, organize work, and recognize when to escalate.
Reliability, discretion, and care with donor information.

Responsibilities

Respond warmly and professionally to donor and customer questions by phone and email during working hours.
Explain holiday products, ordering instructions, deadlines, and shipping information.
Help supporters place orders and confirm recipient details and messages.
Enter and update order information in the ordering platform and tracking tools.
Keep a shared list of unresolved requests and alert the supervisor to delays.
