Fairytale Brownies, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Data Entry and Order Processing specialist in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on entering and updating customer data, preparing data for entry, and processing orders across multiple entry applications.

The position requires meticulous data accuracy, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively within Customer Service and Sales teams. Hours run 9 AM–2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime during peak season.

Mansioni

• Enter new and updated customer and account information into the database.
• Prepare source data for entry by compiling, sorting, and verifying information.
• Process data lists into a variety of order entry applications.
• Verify customer, account, and order data entry by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data.
• Maintain customer confidence and ensure information security by keeping information confidential according to department security protocols.
• Work with Customer Service and Corporate Sales Teams.
• Perform necessary administrative work to maintain a functional customer service center, including faxing, filing, shredding documents, and emailing receipts to customers.
• Contribute to the team effort by assisting in other departments as needed.
