Responsibilities

• Responds to service emails and Bizrate.
• Follows up with FedEx on address corrections.
• Serves as the point of contact for the Shipping Team.
• Confirms orders by phone and email, logs orders, and obtains missing order information.
• Performs data entry.
• Processes and proofs all orders, including internet orders and outsourced call center orders.
• Responds to messages on the customer service voicemail system and all related correspondence.
• Troubleshoots customer problems and special requests, including tracking packages and invoicing.
• Maintains and updates the customer database with new information and mailing lists.
• Performs administrative work to maintain an organized customer service center.
