Job summary

Northwestern University in Evanston is seeking a Temporary Data Assistant to support the Gift and Record Services team during the year-end giving season. The role focuses on data entry, gift and constituent record review, quality control, and reporting support. Collaboration with ARD colleagues ensures accurate, timely processing of high-volume data.

Qualifications

Excellent computer skills including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software.
Strong data entry and record management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to review, verify, and reconcile information while maintaining data quality.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication and customer service skills for inquiries.

Responsibilities

Assist with data entry, gift and record review, and quality control.
Support reporting tasks and troubleshoot data-related issues.
Collaborate with Gift and Record Services and ARD teams to maintain data integrity.
