Michaels is hiring for a Store Associate at SEA-LAKE STEVENS to help customers find products, check out efficiently, and support in-store operations. You will engage customers, promote the Rewards program, and assist with omnichannel processes such as BOPIS and SFS, while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store.

The role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs, with physical duties including standing long periods and occasional heavy lifting.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Encourage enrollments in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and manage planograms.
• Maintain in-stock store and participate in store recovery.
